  • 4 slices of hake
  • 200 g rice
  • 6 cups tomato juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 onions
  • flour
  • garlic
  • chopped herbs
  • saffron
  • curry
  • Preparation  Preparation
  • Roll the slices of hake in flour and let fry in hot oil with finely chopped onions, then reserve.
  • In the same pan, fry the diced raw rice that is transparent cover the tomato juice
  • Stir crushed garlic, chopped herbs, curry and saffron
  • Cover tightly and cook over low heat watching cooking.
  • Just before serving put the fish on warm rice.
