Ingredients
125 gr of paris mushrooms 10 cl of skim milk 10 cl of chicken broth 10 gr of flour 1 pinch of pepper 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Pour the broth and milk in a saucepan. Dilute cold meal. Leave thicken without stop turning. Salt and pepper. Drain the mushrooms and finely pass. Mix everything. Cook gently in a bain-marie until the sauce reduces to 1/3.
