Preparation
Cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water In a bowl, mix yogurt with shallots, cut into very small pieces Salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and add a pinch of 'herbs de Provence When potatoes have cooled, mix them gently in the sauce and serve very fresh
