50 g of almond powder 2 teaspoons chutney 1 teaspoon curry 2 tablespoons mayonnaise salt 125 g Emmental 10 cl sunflower oil 125g chicken breast
Preparation
Brown the chicken breasts in a skillet with sunflower oil Grate Emmenthal Mix curry, Emmenthal, chicken, mayonnaise, chutney and salt. Form balls you roll in almond powder. Book in the refrigerator an hour before serving.
