Ingredients
250 gr of chicken 100 gr of black mushrooms 60 gr of celery ribs 0.5 box of maize 6 egg 2 onions 100 gr of beansprouts 30 gr of transparent vermicelli 2 tablespoon of butter 1 pinch of pepper 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 2 pinch of salt

6 servesSoak mushrooms in warm salt water. When inflated, drain them, cut them into pieces. Cook noodles 2 minutes in boiling salted water until soft, dry. Cut it into pieces. Blanch 5 min the bean sprouts in boiling salted water. Drain corn, fry in a tablespoon of oil. Chop onions finely and let them melt in oil without browning. Mix all ingredients with raw celery finely cut lengthwise and cut chicken into strips, add a good tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate 1 hour.
