  • 2 truffles (or 100 g)
  • 200g foie gras au naturel
  • 1 endive
  • 500 g fine green beans
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • oil without taste
  • 2 artichoke hearts
  • Xeres vinegar

  • Peel the artichoke hearts, raw, pass the lemon, cook them in lemon water until toothpick through them any more.
  • Refresh them, cut them into six.
  • Bake beans, uncovered, at high water, little salt.
