Ingredients
1 capon 3 to 4 kg 200 g of chicken liver 150 g mushrooms, canned 150g whole chestnuts in natural 150 g breadcrumbs 3 shallots salt and pepper 1 cup milk (15cl)
Preparation
Chop the shallots and mushrooms Mix the chicken livers and mix with bread crumbs soaked in milk Add mushrooms, shallots and chestnuts reduced crumbs Salt and pepper stuff the capon with this farce sew it Cook thermostat 6/7, for about 1:30, basting occasionally with cooking juices Cut and serve immediately.
